Shipping policy

We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in South Australia, Australia. If you purchase any of the Items on a non-business day, we will process the purchase on the next business day.

Please allow 24-48 hours to dispatch your order. Most orders placed before 2pm will be sent the same day, however, there can be unexpected delays. Please email us if you require your item to be sent immediately and we will do our best. Orders placed on a Monday will typically be sent Tuesday but again, we will do our best to send it the same day.

We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.
