Please Note: Any purchases made during our normal sales period cannot be repurchased for the same sale price if returned for incorrect size/change of mind reasonings.
RETURNS POLICY & INFORMATION
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, you will be able to return any full priced item/s for a store credit, subject to the following conditions
-You must email our support team at chelseaavenue@yahoo.com within 48hrs from receiving your item/s.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel for Domestic customers. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached, void of any make up or odours / scents.
-It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return items within the time frame.
-All items sent outside of the timeframe will incur a service fee of $20. Which then will be deducted from your store credit total.
-Items that are deemed unsuitable for resale as brand new will be returned to you without further notice.
-Chelsea Avenue is not held responsible for your missing return item/s. This is strictly between you and the post company you use.
-All our items will be checked for faults by our warehouse team before being shipped out.
Please note: All sale items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" “Black Friday” and “Boxing Day” are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that all items marked down in price are classified as "Final sale". However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team, can be returned once our customer service team have been notified. Please note this is communicated across multiple touchpoints on our site including the item listing, checkout, and on your confirmation email. Please note, a $12.00 shipping fee will occur if any sale items are returned without prior approval. If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact our team at chelseaavenue@yahoo.com.au
- Swimwear – Customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place. The item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.
